Another excellent blog post John and very true.

The accountant point is very important and many business owners I coach dont address this.

If your Accountant’s attitude is just to provde figures once a year, you need to change fast. A bad accountant can SERIOUSLY damage your wealth! A great one will do the exact opposite.

Great tips John … ofcourse they would be. I would just like to add that individuals could look at reputable business or personal coaching. Typically the patterns that limit their business success are their personal habits – of thinking, communicating, responding/taking action, and feeling. These limitations are much more likely to limit even with the most effective business strategy in the world. Many of the most successful people in the world – have a personal coach through out their lives. Jim Rohn – stated that you have to work more on yourself than on your business to be successful.

Very useful and thank you. Clara

Totally agree Clara.

If we’re prepared to visit the gym to improve our fitness; check our cars in for a service; go to the GP / dentist / opticians to check our health, what about taking a ‘health check’ on one’s business.

More people need to move away from the stale mindset that any form of business improvement is a cost rather than an investment.

I’ve just returned from 2 day Masterclass in London over the weekend. It wasn’t at all ‘cheap’, however every single one of the 30+ attendees are up for improving and developing their respective businesses. We all have a new plan of action and everyone signed up to making it happen! :)
